I WAS IMPRESSED MOST WITH HOW WELL THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. THEY ARE VERY CUSTOMER CONSCIENCE. EVERYTHING THEY DID LOOKS REALLY GOOD. IN FACT OUR CARPET LOOKS THE BEST ITS LOOKED SINCE IT WAS NEW 12 YEARS AGO. I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN RESULTS LIKE THIS. AS FAR AS THEIR PRICE, I RECALL IT WAS PRETTY REASONABLE, TOO.
