He said that he would get back to me with some more information about the suggested listing price for my house by the end of that week. Unfortunately, I never heard back from him. So I emailed and still didn't hear back. Finally, he responded to my second email. He was polite, but said some family emergencies had occurred and he didn't have time to help me list my house. I think this type of situation occurs when someone is not a full time real estate agent (he is not full-time) and has a number of different responsibilities to take care of simultaneously.

"I ACKNOWLEDGE (& APOLOGIZED) THAT I DID NOT RETURN THE MEMBER'S INITIAL CALL AFTER OUR VISIT. ONCE I DID CONTACT THE MEMBER (ROUGHLY 10 TO 12 DAYS LATER) I CLEARLY EXPLAINED THAT MY FATHER HAD BEEN HOSPITALIZED DAYS AFTER OUR MEETING. THE FAMILY EMERGENCY WAS MORE SERIOUS THAN SHE IDENTIFIES IN HER REVIEW ABOVE. I EXPLAINED MY FATHER HAD BEEN HOSPITALIZED FOR A HEART ATTACK WHICH WAS ULTIMATELY FATAL. HE PASSED AWAY ON DECEMBER 1ST. DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME I DID EMAIL THE MEMBER WITH THE NAMES AND OFFICES OF THREE OTHER RESPECTED REAL ESTATE AGENTS NEAR HER HOME. AGAIN, I APOLOGIZE FOR A TARDY RESPONSE. I ALWAYS TRY TO KEEP MY WORD, HONOR MY COMMITMENTS BUT I WOULD EXPECT A LITTLE MORE CONSIDERATION."

Craig did a great job. He was always there for us and was available at anytime day or night. Craig sold our home in about 10 days and we then purchased our new home shortly after. Believe it or not we sold our home, found a new one, and moved all within about 30 days. We could not have did it without Craig.

In December of 2005, my husband and I interviewed Realtors agreed that Craig Hansen with AimHighRealty was the best choice. Because the builder was still building in our community, we were worried that we wouldn't be able to sell our home at all. Not only did Craig sell our home, but he got us what we wanted and he did it in 45 days! The thing that impressed us most was his follow up. It was a huge comfort to find out that Craig kept up constant communication with us. There were always flyers in our yard and marketing materials displayed in our home. Every time a showing was scheduled, we received an email that verified the time and date. After we received both a call and an email from Craig giving us feedback from potential buyers and their agents. He handled the details of the buyer's offer and our counter offer in a prompt manner, and our closing went smoothly. We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the greater Indianapolis area.
