It's been nearly 4 years since Keith Payne promised to complete this job, and it was never completed. We have taken on a few things ourselves and are having to pay to get work redone by professionals because it was not done correctly to begin with. Our large room addtion was never attached to the existing house. We are currently paying to have that done in addition to reroofing the addition as it was done so poorly we have had leaks, which have caused rotted wood and moldy drywall. We have tried on countless occasions (that is not an exaggeration) to contact him and he refuses to answer calls or respond to emails. Do not use this contractor as he will likely take your money, make a lot of promises, and disappear.

The owner (Keith Payne) guaranteed a 3.5 week duration, in fact took 3.5 months. His communication was horrible from the beginning. He actually picked out products and would have the worker install them, when I hadn't ok'd them. He would not communicate to the worker placement of things (i.e. vanity) that I stated; multiple things had to be completely redone. He eventually stopped returning our phone calls, text messages. In fact the worker for him hadn't heard from him either, but out of goodness from his own heart carried out the project. We appreciated this, but the quality of work is average. We are already in contact with another contractor to FIX the several things that need to be fixed. We had already paid in full the project and still had a few thousand dollars worth oft things that still need to be done (frameless shower doors), but since Keith would not return our calls or texts we ended up arranging it ourselves (and paying more $). He in fact lied to us several times and stated materials were ordered when they weren't. I, personally, had to purchase tile, vanity mirror, etc. because he failed to do so. Not only is he a horrible businessman, he is just a lousy human being. I found out after that he has had several failed business ventures and known for being financially negligent.
