Super quick. First person that called me. Let me know he was 10 minutes from my house and could be there immediately. Said he wouldn't charge for quote, but ended up quoting me very fair rate. My cables had snapped and needed replaced, fairly easy job. All in all, from the time he contacted me, to the time I paid my invoice for finished work it was about 1 hour. Would definitely recommend to anyone, at least for a simple repair. If I ever need a big repair or replacement they'll be the first that I contact.
