piano tuning
 + -1 moreI found Adventures in Music on Angie's List. I called and they were able to come and tune our piano in a few days. He was exactly on time, removed his shoes and went to work. The piano was a baby grand that was eight years old and had never been tuned. He spent about 3.5 hours and had to go over all the keys several times. When I called he said it would be a little over $100. and the bill was $113. The piano sounds lovely now and we are very happy with the service.
Description of Work: Tuned an eight year old piano that had never been tuned.

 + -1 moreKen worked on the many sticking keys and was successful in getting all of them freed up. He checked out some problems with the stops and gave me some advice on maintenance of the organ. I would definitely call him again. It is particularly difficult to find someone with knowledge of these older organs. I have called Ken before to work on an electric organ. He does them all.
Description of Work: Ken repaired the many sticking keys on my antique pump organ and checked out other problems.
