 + -1 moreI'VE USED HIM FOR MANY THINGS AND ALSO HAVE REFERRED HIM TO MY CLIENTS TO DO MORE EXTENSIVE WORK. I'VE ALWAYS HAD GREAT EXPERIENCES WITH HIM. HE'S VERY HONEST, EASY TO WORK WITH, AND CLEANS UP AFTER HIMSELF WELL.

 + -1 moreALL THIS, AFTER WE HAD A 'PROFESSIONAL' HVAC COMPANY COME OUT AND SAY THAT IT WAS JUST OLD AND TO CHANGE THE FILTER. IT NOW BLOWS STRONGER AND COLDER THAN EVER BEFORE. THE ABOVE PRICE ALSO INCLUDES HANGING A CEILING FAN IN OUR BEDROOM WHERE NO OVERHEAD OUTLET WAS AVAILABLE. HE ALSO ASKED FOR THE DUST BUSTER TO CLEAN UP HIS OWN MESS. HE'S THE MOST POLITE, HONEST, PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN HANDYMAN I HAVE EVER MET. RICKY IS THE OWNER AND 'THE MAN.' HE DID A FANTASTIC JOB.
Description of Work: RICKY CAME OUT TO OUR HOUSE AND INSPECTED OUR HEAT PUMP AND AIR CONDITIONER. HE FOUND OVER AN INCH OF GUNK ON THE INNER A-COILS THAT WERE DRAINING IT'S EFFICIENCY AND COOLING POWER.
