Provider attempted replace 2 outlets but left job incomplete and open.

Went very well. Turned out that the porch light had a short in it blowing out the whole circuit. Djay figured it out quickly and took out the light fixture for me. I was planning on putting up the new one myself after I went to get it that day. When I got home I realized I couldn't do it myself. I called him back and he came all the way back to my house and installed it for me for FREE!!!!!!!!!! Very Reasonable price too!!!!!!!!!

Djay came out and assessed the situation and he was absolutely great! I had an exposed wire with my fan in my room and it was allowing the fan to work but not the light. Secondly, there was a bulb loose in my kids room, so it was causing the light to flicker, as well as a poor dimmer switch that was also causing that issue. Absolutely will hire again, if I need!

They arrived in a timely manner, they repaired it quickly and when I got my invoice, they charged me the excat amoutn and I am happy with the service they provided.

The Advance Electric team did an amazing job. Their customer service was outstanding every time I spoke with the office. The electricians were friendly, knowledgeable and very quick! I would give them an A+ if that were an option. We will definitely use them again.

Great. They are very responsive and got to me last time on same day when it was important to me. (chirping alarm system). Very personable and immediate on phone and in person. Very competent, helpful, hard and fast working and reasonably priced. One of the best providers I have ever worked with as they are a pleasure doing business with.

The project went very smoothly. The guys showed up on time, walked me through their plan, and were able to quickly install 3 electrical outlets in my garage. They even provided some feedback around questions I had and were very receptive to all of my requests. I will definitely hire them again.

I called Advance Electric at 8 a.m. in the morning and they were able to send an electrician that afternoon! D Jay came and diagnosed the problem, located the part, went to purchase it and completed the work within an hour of his first arrival at my house. He was so incredibly nice. In addition, the office staff (Diana I think?) who helped me in the morning was so friendly, and worked hard to get me a technician to help me get up and running again! :-) I would use them again in a heartbeat and intend to do so if I need electrical help in the future. Great service, great people!

Awesome, Deejay is the man and his crew was great to work with. The panel swap job was done really well and nice touch they also cleaned up after it was finished. Overall the job was done in a timely fashion and was easy to coordinate with them. Had Deejay back for some smaller electrical work but again I'm glad I have someone I can trust with electrical work. Thank you!

It was a gift to my son. He seemed to be happy but I could not answer the questions above since it was not done with me. I do know that the personnel who contacted me were very polite and called me back almost immediately.

D Jay did a great job. Took about a 1/2 hour. Now I can use my leaf blower in the backyard.

The entire process went very well. I was very happy with their punctuality. They were also very reliable and arrived on the scheduled day at the scheduled time. Everyone who was involved was very professional and courteous. I am extremely satisfied with the end result.

My wife and I had a very nice experience with Bob and his team. We lost power on a Friday morning, and Bob was able to come out and look at the situation that afternoon. He showed up with 2 other gentlemen Saturday morning, which was great because we were without power since the meter burnt out. They got everything taken care of within a couple of hours and came in below what we had been quoted by a couple of other companies. I would use them again!
