On time and work was good.

From the initial estimates to the quick scheduling Adams was a pleasure
to work with.  On the scheduled date Jeff along with another person
came on time and did a fabulous job to restore our carpet.  The pad he
used was actually better than what we had and he took the effort to move
and then re-position furniture as required.  Altogether, it was a very
pleasant experience and I highly recommend his services.

We had two experiences with this company within a five month period. The first one was great. Our tenant was pleased with their professionalism and courtesy and it was a very good experience overall. Our second experience was not a good one. We had the company come and measure and they measured incorrectly leaving us short of carpet. This would have been fine by itself and easily remedied if it had been the only problem. We ordered more carpet and they finished their installation. Initially when we looked at the installation it looked pretty good except for seams that were sticking up, about an inch above the rest of the carpet. The seams were not only sticking up but were not planned well and the stairway was stapled sloppily with some of the carpet tucked under the steps and some not tucked nor stapled well. In an upstairs hallway for instance there were 2 seams perpendicular to the walking path on a 4 1/2 ft x 30 ft area. When we questioned the company they said that all the extra seams were in an effort to save us money (no one ever asked us our opinion on this) through using less carpet and that they would be happy to come and work on the seams to try to make them flatter and less evident, if we set up a time with them. We called and made ourselves available, over and over but they never showed up. They had already been paid for the job at this point. All the seams in the front entry of the house, family and living rooms were cut in such a way that they were the first thing you saw when you entered the home. After vacuuming the home a few times and looking more closely we found rectangular patches in both the family room and master bedroom. The end result left us with a sinking feeling in our stomachs. The cost of the carpet and labor felt like a huge loss after completely renovating the rest of the home. It ruined the other work that had been done. The company never made good on their offer to come and work on the seams after they had been paid the full price of the installation.

I was preparing my home to be sold, and contacted Jeff to assist with
fixing areas in the upstairs bedrooms where the floor had some and quot;wall
popsand quot; from the house settling. Jeff came by to inspect the ob and then
immediately gave an estimate for the repairs. He kept in close contact
with me about when he would be arriving and was on-time. They quickly
completed the work and cleaned up after the job was done.

I was in need of someone to do repairs on my carpet that my puppy had damaged and needed the repairs done quickly. After calling Mr. Adams he was able to do an estimate that same day when everyone else wanted to make appointments for the following week. He was willing to work around my schedule and actually had all the repairs done the following day. He was prompt, did a great job and was under his estimated cost (which never seems to happen). I liked that he gave me detailed instructions on what needed to be done so I was ready for his arrival and also explained in detail how he would do the repairs. I really appreciated that not only was he tolerate of all my animals but was good with them also.

I will definitely call Mr. Adams again for my flooring needs. If you want good work at a good price from someone who is professional he is the person to call.
