This company is amazing. We have a fairly large house. I was expecting the roof replacement to take several days and they did it just one day. There attention to detail was amazing. They even brought their own porta-potty. Two thumbs up.

After they replaced my roof and siding after a bad hail storm, my ceiling continued to leak. They came out twice and did not resolve the leak issue. He passed me along to a Siding contractor with experience who told me that Ace should have caught the issue initially. Ace refuses to take any blame and is being professionally rude in text. I have to pay additional monies for something that should have been done in the original job.

"Ace Roofing was never rude on the text message. I called her and left a message and she has never called me back. We had another contractor go out and look at the problem. Stan, found that the HOMEOWNERS BUILDER DID NOT ADD SOME WOOD BEHIND THE SIDING, which caused it to Leak on a Hard Driving Rain storm. She said that she did not have any money for this issue. Ace Roofing didn't want to leave [Member Name Removed] Bats hanging in the Wind! Rodney Stovall, the owner of Ace Roofing came out of his own pocket, $450-$550 dollars to pay for this wood, materials and labor. We did have to come out a couple of times to get this leak to stop. Simon, my foreman came out and got it fixed and no more leaks. But Again there was a workmanship error from her builder and not Ace Roofing! A month or so after the work was completed, [Member Name Removed] has used Stan to install a fence around her house also."

I had been dealing with a leak that was very difficult to identify. Three other roofers and chimney masons could not figure out how water was leaking around a chimney. Rodney was amazing. He knew exactly what the problem was and even came out on a Sunday to make the repair before a big rain. Thank you Rodney!

Rodney is a "No BS" type of guy. Which I very much appreciate. He gave me a rough quote over the phone so that I could let him know if it was even in the ball park of what we were looking for so I didn't have to waste his or our time. He then came out and did a more exact estimate while we were at work and left it in our mailbox. We liked what we saw so we signed the contract and scanned it to him and then they came out to do the work the next week and finished in a day. I have actually been in contact with Rodney again for other estimates.

It went well. Rodney answered all of my questions. Provided an estimate in a timely manner. Started the work soon after the contract was signed and finished the work within a day. I am pleased with the end result.

THEY WERE THE 2ND COMPANY CALLED ON AND THE BEST, QUICK RESPONSE TO GIVE ESTIMATE, NO PRESSURE, WELL KNOWLEDGED, HAD ME SOLD ON FIRST CONVERSATION. KNEW HOW INSURANCE COMPANIES WORK, VERY HELPFUL IN PICKING OUT ROOF AND GUTTERS.

Received an estimated from Rodney on 5/14/13. Repairman came on date specified - 6/4/13. He immediately went to work to repair the hole made by (we think) a raccoon. Work was completed quickly and all debris was removed immediately . We would use them again if the need arose.

I signed the paperwork on Saturday and by Tuesday they were coming to do my roof. They ordered materials and the materials arrived around 9:00 that day. An hour later, 9 guys arrived to put the roof on. They worked continually until that night around 9:00 and I had a new roof and you could not tell they had been here, (Well, except for my hostas and lilies that were crushed but there was no way around this) During the day, the guys were kind, if I needed to come out of the house, or someone arrived. They stopped their work to make sure that no one got hurt. Half way through the day, the owner of the company arrived and explained to me the process and what they were doing. He was very kind and very knowledgeable . Items that they may have forgotten he brought to them. At the end of the day, the sales rep came and finished little things the guys forgot, collected the money and it was over.

Ace communicated start date and timelines very well.
Showed up on time and finshed the job in 2 days as estimated.
Rodney the owner showed up mutliple times to inspect the work and communicated on any questions we had during the process.
Roofing crew was very good.
Cleaned up everything at completion. Would hire again.

Employees arrived as stated by mr. Rodney Stovall to start installing the roof on home approximate 8:30 AM and continued to work until the job was finish. The Employees appeared to be very friendly and very skillful..as I expected.

I was very impressed from the outset - straightforward estimates and flexible scheduling. The repair was seamless and Ace ensured that they had matching shingles to repair the damage. Overall a very positive experience and will use them again.

It was very good experience. They are a small company, quick to respond, very thorough and good at defining costs. They worked quickly, efficiently and didn't leave a mess. The owner is very personable.
