I've been a corporate event planner for almost 10 years and I have never had better service than I got at Ace Party Rental. I initially contacted 2 other local tent/party rental companies for a huge outdoor event that required multiple tents, table/chair layouts, lounge furniture, and linens. Those other 2 companies strung me along before 1 of them finally said 'we can't do it' and the other just stopped calling me back. With the event approaching in 1.5 months I contacted Ace Party Rental. Kelly emailed me back right away and we scheduled a meeting. I walked in to the office the next day and was so impressed! Kelly sat down with me for almost an hour sketching everything out and counting chairs and consulting on the best layout (to give an idea of the scope - we had 10 tents including a 60 x 130, 900 chairs, 32 tables, and 21 pieces of lounge furniture). She had the proposal to me less than 24 hours later and didn't miss a single tiny detail. We had changes up to the week before and Kelly was incredibly responsive and helpful. 


When it came to delivery and setup, Eli and his crew couldn't have been nicer, more professional and astoundingly efficient! They had everything set up quickly - well before go time - and perfectly. We actually changed the layout of the 900 chairs and Eli and team adjusted it with a smile. Tear down was the same - went off without a hitch.


It's an event planner's dream to find a company like this. Not only do they provide amazing customer service and a lot of expertise, they deliver a great result! THANK YOU Ace Party Rental!!! I can't wait to work with you again!

Requested a rental for Graduation Party through their website. Their first response back to me was timely within a few days. After that the communication fell apart. I thought I had stated my intent to rent the piece of equipment. I was just notified that they have rented the equipment to another party. I never felt like they truly were interested in my business. On the plus side they did recommend another vendor.

"We pride ourselves in customer service and we are very disappointed the consumer feels as though we did not want to assist them. We receive a high volume of inquiries about our rental equipment and do our best to communicate the availability of our equipment at the point of contact. The only way to ensure the equipment is available is to make a reservation with a representative. Unfortunately, in this instance after an e mail was sent stating the equipment was available, we did not here back from the consumer until 16 days later. If the equipment was still available we would have loved to assist in any way. It is our goal to meet the needs of our customers and provide the equipment to help make their event special. Thank You"

They were nice to deal with. Very prompt. The tables were old and two tables needed to be retired because they were so wobbly. (Cabaret style). We rented the least expense chairs... They were fine, however, everything was filthy like it was sitting in a warehouse for a long time. We spent 90 minutes scrubbing all the tables and chairs. Cobwebs and layers of dirt. I could not have my guests sit on the chairs or rub again the tables because their clothing would be soiled. When I sent an email to ACE about my disappointment their response was that I did rent the least expensive chairs ( brown). Sorry... But least expensive and filthy are not synonymous. It wasn't MY job to clean their rentals. I did receive quotes from them for linen rentals. I went with another provider because they were considerably cheaper than ACE. I would definitely NOT use their service again.

From start to finish, Ace was fantastic!! I have already hired them again for the 2013 Family Fun Night. The discounts on the items are hard to beat. The delivery people as well as the front office were so helpful and knowledgeable about what the kids would like and not like. I cannot imagine any other company could beat their prices as well as their level of service.
The sumo suits were very clean, the twister game was a ton of fun and the carnival games were exactly what the kids enjoyed.

The experience with this company was great from start to finish. I  believe I spoke with Kelly each time I called. She was very knowledgable and confident in her answers which helped relieve some of the stress of a first time renter. The gentleman that came out to deliver/set up were very friendly, helpful & hard workers. They got the tent up in just about 30 minutes! My husband and I have  no complaints about the experience and would definitely recommend them to others!

Our experience with Ace Party Rental was wonderful. We utilized their services for a family member's outdoor wedding. From the beginning, calling with questions, then going in to meet with Kelly and planning the entire event, was easy and stress free. They were able to plan out how everything would be set up and show us pictures of what the end result would look like. Their crew came out to set everything up, and were fast and efficient. The tent, tables, chairs, linens, and other decor were all beautiful! We could not have asked for a better experience. We have recommended Ace Party Rental to all of our family and friends!

They're awesome! They've got a nice website where you can see their prices up front and what various items they rent to you look like. They come and set everything up a few days before the event, and then come pack it up afterwords. I really like using them and will continue to do so.

Chairs were in place when we got to the site. Chairs were in very good condition, clean and white with no broken equipment. This was one of the few vendors that didn't charge an outrageous amount to take the chairs back on a Saturday evening.

I called to get price quotes, and they were very polite on the phone. They had the least expensive tables and chairs that I could find. The chairs were only .75 cents each to rent and the tables were in the $5 range. Delivery was a nominal fee (about $25?) since Brownsburg is close to Zionsville. They did not set up the tables (wasn't requested), but stacked the tables and chairs where I requested. They were very specific about not using staples ($50 on the tables and how to stack everything correctly for pickup, or that was a $50 fee also. The tables were quite used and old, but very workable. You would definitely need to put tablecloths on them to cover the worn wood and age. The chairs worked just fine, but some were a little difficult to fold and unfold. I would recommend having the company set up and take down the tables if available. I didn't realize how much work that would be. Tiring at the end of a party.
