BEWARE OF Cody McCord, he wanted me to pay $7,000 up front before any work done including a plan of building. He said he had never been jilted yet when I wanted to pay $500 for him to outline the suggested build he said, "Absolutely!! I didn't know the plan was part of the scope. Could you get us a down payment prior to plan then I can draw up contract? (I've been burnt after I draw up plans before)"

It was a total disaster. He did not show to fix them and then I saw more damage and called him and said 'do not come'. He showed up anyway with weather stripping to fill 1 inch gaps at the tops of two windows!! Said he did not get my message on not coming out. I will now be paying approximately $1500.00 to have my other windows repaired due to his damage. He refused a certified letter that I sent and did not pick it up at the post office after being notified. I demanded a full refund and if I have to, will pursue this in court along with additional monies it will cost me to repair his damage inside and outside my home.

"The homeowner was told that their windows were in extremely poor condition and should be replaced. They did not want to do this at that time and requested we only replace extremely rotted wood and secure them as best could be done. They inspected the entire job before any payment was made and agreed it was to their satisfaction. We were not permitted to inspect any complaint they had at a later date to verify any problems."

I received Dave's number from my cousin who said he removes snow for a good price. I called Dave at 7:00 pm on a Friday night and left a message telling him I needed my driveway plowed so that I could get out to leave town the next morning. Dave was very prompt to return my call. However, I was very impatient to wait for his call and assumed with all the snow we had received (seven inches and four more to come) he would not be able to come over that quickly so, I started to shovel myself by hand. However, to my surprise Dave did offer to come over that night but I was already 3/4 way done with the side I need to get out of and I knew we were expecting another four inches of snow and did not want to come home unable to get in my drive so, we decided for him to come over the next day after all the snow had quit falling and to plow. I was not home so I left the money for him. When I returned home my driveway looked great! It looked like we never had snow on the drive way.
