They were punctual and did about 3 hours of service. The move went pretty smoothly.  They moved us from a 3 bedroom house to another 3 bedroom house that was in the same town and just a few blocks from each other.

Accord showed up 2.5 hours late claiming manpower issues, and drove to the wrong house, they showed up with one small lightweight young man to move a 4 bedroom house with basement. The truck had electrical issues and would not start after parking in our sloping driveway. All of a sudden the truck started to roll down the driveway across the street, up a berm and crashed into a tree. Thank God no one was hurt! The trunk had to be hauled away with a wrecker leaving us hi and dry looking for another mover to move us that day since we needed to be out by the next day. Furniture was damaged as the truck crashed and Accord assured us he would pay for all the repairs, I don't think they have insurance, we'll see if they are honest and true to their word. The furniture is in the repair shop now.

Aaron came with crew and gear on time, and got right down to it. 
My wife and I were able to help in a friendly manner and we got the whole job knocked out right on time with Aaron's estimate.
Good gear, good guys, strong backs, a lot of hard work.
 

Update 8/25/2013:

Accord Moving caused over $4,814 of damage to our property in July 2011.  Aaron Jordan (Owner/CEO) repeatedly promised to pay us for the damage.  Over two years have passed now and he hasn't paid for any of the damage.  He probably doesn't have liability insurance because he never filed a claim.

Accord Moving is still not on the List of Indiana Licensed Intrastate Movers.  So they aren't even licensed to do moves within the boundaries of Indiana.  They did not take reasonable care to protect our property during our move.  They promise to pay for damages but probably do not have any insurance. 

You should defiantly avoid this company - go with a reputable one instead.

Review 9/28/2011:

This was worst experience that we've ever had when hiring a provider off Angie's List.  They did not handle/pad/secure the items properly and caused over $4,814.00 of damage.  We shouldn't have paid them that day but the owner said that it was a matter of trust.  He talked us into paying by saying he would pay for the damages after we got estimates.  We got the attached estimates from a provider who has 100% "A" ratings on Angie's List.  As soon as possible, we provided them to Aaron Jordan, the Owner/CEO According Moving.  He sent us several email messages (see below) saying that he would pay for the damages.  However, he has never made any payments to us or even attempted to do the right thing.  All his emails cite a Bible verse, so he does talk the talk, but doesn't walk the walk.

   On Angie's List, Mr. Jordan still indicates that his company is both bonded and insured.   However, he never even mentioned turning our claim over to any type of insurance company.  Maybe his company does not have insurance or maybe it has had multiple previous claims?  These guys definitely aren't professionals, they don't know how to move things properly.  They showed up in a rental truck that leaked fluids and stained our concrete driveway.  They were available on short notice and their quote was a little lower than one other.  It's best to use an established company even if you have to wait or pay a little more.  Good companies are busy because they're good, bad ones are available cause they're bad.

  When we started showing damage to Jordan, he said that he would waive a $95.00 travel charge.  Before the move, he gave us a written quote and we talked on the phone at least a few times.  There had not been any reference to a travel charge in his quote or during our conversations.  At that time, his Angie's List profile did not indicate anything about a travel charge either.  When we provided estimates to Mr. Jordan, his first response was they were "a bit confusing".  So we typed up the estimates just in case Jordan could not read the estimator's hand writing.  But of course he then disagreed with the estimates by saying "that total is far from accurate".  However, we hired the refinishing company once and their bid on that job was by far the lowest.

  This is a very big setback for us, the estimates don't even include all of the damages.  They don't include damages to furnishings and equipment that aren't wood or upholstered.  They also do not include the various damages we discovered after getting the estimates.  Accord "put their mark" on almost all of the large and medium-sized things that we own.  The estimator's note about the corner hutch is evidence that the damages are not minor:  "STRIP & REFINISH (WOULD TAKE MORE TIME TO ADDRESS ALL DINGS, DENTS, & SCRATCHES, TOUCH-UPS MAY STILL SHOW)."
 
Accord Moving Inc is not on the attached list of Indiana Licensed Intra-State Movers. Also, BBB of Central Indiana has currently assigned a grade of "F" to this company.

Accord had brake problems with one of their trucks and called the night before to let us know that they would be arriving in U-Haul truck.  It was the same size as what we had discussed when negotiating the deal.



Accord called within 10 minutes of the scheduled arrival time for better directions and was at our home within 20 minutes of the scheduled arrival.



These guys worked hard and fast.  No attempt to stretch their time at all.  They were also very careful with our furniture and, while some rubbed areas and scratches are inevitable during a move, there were fewer than we had hoped.  The also did a good job of getting the most furniture possible into their truck, helping prioritize those items that would not fit in the cargo area of a sports wagon when space started getting tight. 



I would be very happy to have Accord move us again in the future.  Personable, friendly employees who simply get to it and do a great job.

Accord movinginc on time and they work professional.

Very good experience.

Aaron was on time and very efficient in loading and unloading our belongings. He also placed articles where we asked him to.

They did an excellent job. I rented the truck myself to cut back on costs but they were willing to load it up for me. They packed it very efficiently and did not stop for breaks. They were very professional and I would definitely use them again.

The movers did all the moving without any injury to the furniture or to the house. They were very professional and courteous.

Very good, professional, but still friendly. VERY HARD WORKERS!

I was fortunate that I had these guys help me move. I had schedued ANOTHER movers on May 14th, but those guys didnt show up! While I was in the middle of 30+ boxes and couldnt find anybody help us out, I called Accord, they were nice and said that they could come around 4:00 PM. It was friday! At 3:45, A two men crew showed up, I am amazed how fast they did the work, these two guys never stoped! I had several moving experience in the past, either a two men crew or three men crew, there was always one guy that didnt do the work, normally it was the leader of the crew, and just stood around and did least work. However, Accord moving crew are different, both of the guys worked together perfectly and both of them were very professional. They didnt even want to take a break to drink water! We lived on a second story apartment and moving to a two story house. During the three hours moving, I saw these two guys moving up and down with my heavy boxes and bulky furniture. Once we arriced at the house, they were patient and helped us to place every furniture in the place that I wanted, even moved a few boxes to the basement, they said, whereve you want to put the boxes, we will do it, if you want them all up stairs, we can do that! Their price is very reasonable, I ended up paying 100$ less than all other quotes I have got from other moving companies. They are also very honest, I had a giant desk, when they tried to get it in the house, they made a couple of scratches on the wall, I didnt notice that, they admited that was their fault and offered to come back later with touch paint to fix the wall. Overall I was impressed by their moving service, I will definately use them again.

It was a very smooth move. This happened in one day, they were courteous and did a good job.

I used Accord Moving about 3 years ago and was impressed with them (especially the owner Aaron) then, so when we were moving again I gave him a call. This was a VERY last minute move, I think I called him on Wednesday to move us on Saturday!! We set up 6 hours 3 men 8am. They arrived promptly at 8am (I was kind of hoping they would be 15 mins late). All 3 men worked hard. They were all courteous and professional. They WORKED, no piddling around or wasting time! Aaron, the owner, was right there working with his men. They were all super nice, easy to talk to, took direction well. We only had a little bit of damage on one large heavy desk, we were fortunate enough to find the piece that chipped off and it can be repaired. The first time I used them they did damage a filing cabinet by trying to move it with a dolly while it was fully loaded. Overall I recommend them to anyone!! They did end up going over the 6 hours, it took them 8 hours, although it didn?t cost that much more for the extra time!!

Movers arrived on time, and they worked hard--punctual and polite. I give the company only a "C" on professionalism, however, because Aaron, the owner, complained a lot about the difficulty of the move. I have moved many times myself (without a mover), and so I'm well aware of risks and difficulties in moving. Complaining is never acceptable, however--muttering under breath, etc, about the size of our furniture, for example; sometimes, he seemed to resent having to do the job. I did not appreciate that. Aaron's employee, however--I can't remember his name--was wonderful from start to finish. He worked hard, was friendly and maintained a positive attitude no matter what piece of furniture he had to carry. We would probably hire the company again--reliable movers are difficult to find. Just be aware that Aaron's attitude is not always very positive.

I could not have gone better. Aaron knows what he's doing. Listen to his advice. But a successful move is also a matter of good preparation on the part of the client. I had everything possible put away, bagged, sealed, organized, grouped for easy packing. I had packed extremely fragile or valuable pieces myself.

Aaron and his team did a fantastic job moving my family to another home. His quote was half the price of Mayflowers and they were exceptionally careful with our belongings. It felt like we had hired a few of our best friends. I highly recommend this company. The packers did a fantastic job as well.

Aaron (owner) and Rob were outstanding! They moved quickly but carefully. They were incredibly polite and professional at ALL times. I was amazed at how they moved heavy and awkward items through tight spaces and up two flights of stairs. There was never a second wasted! I would hire them again in a heart beat!

The movers kept in touch with us as to their arrival time, then were very, very hard working and fast. They literally ran down the halls to move things out of the apt, and were the fastest workers I have ever seen. They were careful of everything and never complained even though lots of things were not in boxes and were just loose and had to be carried. They were patient and kind.

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY DID EVERYTHING IN THE TIME frame STATED. NICE AND PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

Work was done quickly, nice guys.

THEY ARRIVED EARLY, WERE PLEASANT AND DIDN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT THE MANY EXTRAS I ASKED THEM TO DO.
