From beginning to end, a very professional job. Jim takes great care in performing his work to make it look and function optimally. As the name says -- he went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations in all the work that he performed. I can tell that he takes great pride in doing high quality work and I will certainly request his services again in the future when needed.

Made appointment with Jim three times and he never showed up or call. I called him, no response. He finally text me and said he was busy, he said will come tomorrow, next day the same thing, no show. Then he text me Saturday night at 8:30 after he missed all his appointments and want to know if he can come that night. After I thought about it, I decided not to use this company anymore.

It went so good. We didn't even tell him we were going out of town he came right over and got the job done.

He is priced better than the competition and does quality work!

They did an excellent job. I think the price is very fair. We have no issues with them. They were fairly prompt. They very much know their track. If I needed some plumbing work in the future, I would probably see if I could get them back over here.

Jim is by far " above and beyond " others in price that I received quotes for various projects. He has done several jobs for me. ( replaced frozen pipes, busted up my bathroom floor and replaced an offset flange ) I won't even attempt to contact anyone else from now on. He is local, prompt and does excellent work. I have not had any problems with any of the services he has performed for me, and would highly recommend him. Very professional and cleans up after his work.

A great job! Jim made certain that everything was just right. I'm so happy with the clean and uncluttered plumbing that now exists under my kitchen sink!

He’s a very nice man. He’s on time and uses good equipment.

Jim responded quickly and said he didn't think the job would be bad.  He is a very nice man and I believe he meant well.  However, he is a large man and in order to work on the faucet he had to remove our water filter, our garbage disposal and our trap.  It took him 3 hours to do the work.  He was not able to replace the valves.  In the process, he left the hot water handle out of allignment and the supply line with a leak.  I believe it is not fair to give him negative feedback unless I give him an opportunity to make the work right, however, I don't want him to come back and have to go through the whole process again.  So, we replaced the supply line ourselves and I will just live with crooked handle.

He did a very good job. He was professional and knew what he was doing. I would use them again.

I was told what the cost would be up front.  The work was done very well and with professionalism.

Gave me an est. on the phone and stuck to the est. even though the job was very difficult as the water heater is upstairs.

They pretty much solved my problems and he improved what was already in place. There was a problem that he had to come back out and resolve. There was a lot of shaking and chattering in the line but he did come back and fix it. I would probably use them in the future.

They were professional, on time, friendly and cleaned up after the job. Jim was very helpful in explaining how to use the new systems. He even identified some problems created by the last homeowner and fixed them as part of his service. Excellent work. We love the new softener and water system. The water tastes so clean and fresh.

Everything has been working since he came out. He did a really neat job. He did an excellent job with all of the projects.

Very well.Jim Dunn came the day I called. He installed a kitchen faucet I had bought. He replaced leaky shutoff valves below the sink. He explained what he was doing. Many decades ago I worked for a year or so plumbing with my dad, who was a plumber/steamfitter. So Jim brought me up to date about materials and such. He didn't mind that I had bought the faucet. He said most people do, there are so many brands, varieties, features and finishes of faucets nowadays. He was flexible about pricing. He charges by the job, not the time. I didn't mind that it was a quick job. With plumbers or doctors, you pay for the skills and knowledge.

Generally, quite well. He seems sincere and trustworthy. He went "above and beyond" in trying to address our problematic toilet when he came to make the estimate. My reservation relates to being unable to receive a written proposal in order to compare it with the other proposals on an "apple to apple" basis. Initial attempts to fax a proposal to us were frustrated by a malfunctioning fax on this end which was not his fault. I am optimistic that these concerns will be groundless but in the meantime , they prevent me from being totally satisfied with the estimating process.

This was the second time that we had used this plumber. I found him to be professional and knowledgeable. He solved a major problem that we were experiencing. Our drainage line was a cheap black plastic line that was put in by our builder. Jim replaced this with 2" PVC. I haven't had any problems since he performed the work. I would recommend him to others without hesitation. He has strong work ethic and a man of his word. Because he is a good plumber, he is in demand. So you must respect his time. He tries to set a time window that he will allow him enought latitude to complete jobs that are in progress. I respect and admire that about Jim. He is dependable and professional. He also installed a 5-stage water GE water filter in our home that is terrific. An outstanding individual.
