I was very pleased and satisfied, handled all insurance claims, didn?t damage anything and cleaned up after them selves

After having months of trouble even getting the folks at the more reputable places to call me back, I finally gave up and talked to these guys (they had no Angie's List ratings at the time). The sales guy was reasonably friendly and pretty responsive, at least when it came to giving me an estimate, and they actually did a really good job at working with my insurance company. Scheduling was a bit more of a hassle - they always kept the time frame pretty loose, but then randomly one day they'd show up at my house to do the roof, and then a few weeks later turned up to do the siding. The house looked ok, but I never got a great feeling about these guys. A year later, the roof has sprung a leak, and the contractor I hired to repair it said the chimney hadn't been properly flashed at all.

I have spent 2 days calling them and there is no response. I have a 10 year warranty on the roof. What really aggravates me is that they have on their folder that they have an "A" rating on Angie's List.

I hired them because I heard good things about them from a friend who is an Angie's List member. I had them come out to give us an estimate and we agreed to do the work and signed a contract with them in February and they have only been out once to put the tarp over our roof and repair a single strip of siding. I have called them repeatedly to get them out here and they keep saying that they will be out in two weeks, the 2 weeks came and went and they called and said it would be another 2 weeks and they still won't come out. They have already taken our insurance check and cashed it for the amount of $3948.40! Now I cannot get a hold of them, they will not return my calls and I am faced with the possibility of more damages from other storms. I am very dissatisfied with my experience up to this point and I would never recommend them to anyone else. They have only done I would say 2% of the work since February!!!

Called 2 day ahead, they were able to come out and estimate though I was not present my wife was. He showed up &spoke with my wife. According to her, his breath was absolutely horrible, she had to stand on the opposite side of our kitchen island and back some more just to converse. He wanted to see the insurance paperwork (cut & paste?). He went outside to measure, sat in the truck for a few minutes then left without saying anything additional to my wife. She called him shortly after he left, he said in a couple days we would receive a quote. AFTER I called and requested the quote that had not arrived, we received it 7 days later. He called to speak with me and for some reason just kept rambling on. NOTE: If you are a salesman and don't know when to shut your mouth, you have already LOST the sale; 15 minute call. He called back again 5 minutes later to ramble about going with 'another' contract, another 10 min. (refer to previous note). In short, WE WENT WITH SOMEONE ELSE.

Really rough on the house, I had to pick up their cigarette butts, pop cans, trash, etc. Landscaping was destroyed. I wouldn't recommend them.

They were forthright and up front with all information. They were extremely tidy, when they were done I only found nails. They didn't not fool around they were hard workers and got the job done in a day and a half.
