AAA Pool Water

I've used AAA Pool Water since 2014 when we moved into a house with a pool. I was originally impressed with their responsiveness, ability to deliver quickly, and good pricing. Prior to 2020, they continued to deliver on all of those aspects. Last year, there was a bit of a hiccup when I was supposed to get a delivery in the morning and ended up being the last of the day. I had to call a few times to find out what was going on. One hiccup I was willing to excuse, and I recognize this is busy season and they are probably working sunrise to sunset. However, this year they completely left me high and dry with no communication. I called on a Monday and setup a 6500 gallon delivery for Friday morning. Friday morning came and went, I waited until noon to call knowing they are busy and things come up. Voicemail box was full. Then I called about every 2 hours and texted an iMessage that I know was delivered. Sometimes the voicemail was full, and other times it was not, which indicates they were listening to and cleaning out voicemails. My neighbor had also called and left a separate voicemail seeking delivery and they never called him back either. I specifically drained my pool based on my delivery date, to a level where it's not good to be opening/closing the safety cover at risk of breaking something. I have young kids and so do several neighbors nearby. AAA completely screwed me this year and left me scrambling to get water before my contractor arrives to open and left me with a huge safety hazard in my yard. Thankfully Dan's Pool Water in Lebanon saved the day, responding within an hour to an inquiry on FB. Now that is customer service. If you're West-Northwest of metro area consider contacting them. Screw you AAA Pool Water! I work in sales, and if I ran my business the way you run yours, I wouldn't have a single customer. Even a personal emergency could've been dealt with by updating voicemail message.

I searched for a water delivery company on Angie's List for our family pool. My wife was hoping to get it ready for the grandkids this weekend. I have never used a pool water delivery service before but didn't want to mess with the well water this year. I called two companies on Angie's List to inquire about water delivery. One company did not return my call until the next day. AAA Pool Water was further away but I called to see if they delivered in my area. They answered the call promptly and let me know they could delivery the same day. We scheduled delivery for that evening which was the best time for me.
They were right on time! They took the time to check our pool and to work out the wrinkles in the liner as they filled it. I was prepared to do that myself but they took over and did a great job.  They were friendly yet professional. My wife and I were very pleased with their service. We would definitely use them again. Plus the grandkids kids didn't have to wait for the weekend, they were swimming the next day!
