AA APPLIANCE REPAIR

I believe this company is to scam people. He charged us $300 without fixing the issue and when we called him he did not answer or return our calls. Stay away from this place. Terry is not an honest man.

Not good. They were scheduled to be at my house to look at my oven before 11:00 on Monday. Didn’t show up, didn’t call. Not even an apology when I spoke to them the next day. Also, they had looked at my refrigerator the week before last. Said they ordered parts but no follow up or status after 10 days. Cancelled and they charged me $79 service charge.

Terry worked on washer for an hour or more. He cleaned out pump but washer needed a new control panel. Had one been in stock locally, would have had him replace it. Instead we have to replace the washer. He gave us great advice on what to consider in choosing one and only charged for service call.

Called on Monday and they suggested I remove the plug and wait 30 minutes and see if the issue is corrected. That did not work. Called on Tuesday and they dispatched a technician who determined that a major repair was necessary. He also said that it would be cost not be cost effective as the repair would be close to the cost of a new appliance. I must compliment the people on there honesty and professionalism,

AA Appliance repair had replaced the LG Washing machine pump on December 7th of 2015 and we noticed water on the floor after washing clothes yesterday.  We called and AA Appliance sent technician Terry out to see what was leaking.  When the rinse/spin cycle was run while Terry the AA Appliance technician had the back off of the washing machine he did not see any leaks.  Terry was very nice about this and told us to go ahead and wash some clothes and call if any leak occurred and he would return to see what was causing the leak.  Terry did not charge us since he had replaced the washer pump in December and after washing several sets of clothes we found no more leaks.  Terry was not sure what had happened because if there was a leak from the pump that he replaced it should repeat but for some reason did not.

Called the number from Angie's, Terry responded with a phone call. Based on my description of the problem, he ordered the part and it was installed the next day as promised. We are well satisfied with the company and service.

The technician was very knowledgable and helpful. He gave me some pointers on how to keep my dryer working efficiently. This was his third time coming to work on one of our appliances. He is always willing to answer questions I have.

They came when they said. they called ahead. they finished promptly. They gave good advice. the appliance worked when they were finished.

However, I went to call them again today and the phone number listed connected me to someone who isn't AA Appliance repair. Someone should tell the the phone number is wrong.

The experience was very good with them. They were very professional, confirmed when they would be coming out, so, we had a good idea about the time frame. They were also very courteous and I think they are a very good company to use.
