Wife and I were out of town for her birthday. I got the idea to do a yard sign for when we got back for her. Everything was done via email. No problems at all. Thank you. Kyle C.

On May 6, 2011, I spoke with Darcy Norder regarding placement of a large yard sign for our community yard sale. She informed me she could place the requested sign on Sunday May 8 for a charge of $65. At no time was I informed the sign we would be receiving would not look like the sign examples displayed on her website. The sign that was placed in front of our subdivision was dark blue with black letters and in no way resembled the website examples. Due to Sunday May 8 being Mother's Day I did not try to contact the company until 9:00 a.m. on Monday May 9. In my message I informed her the sign was not acceptable and I wanted the sign switched out to a sign people could actually read. Her telephone message states all calls will be returned on the SAME business day. No return telephone call was received. On Tuesday May 10 the original sign was still in place so I called again, leaving a message at 5:00 p.m. requesting a new sign. Again no response. I left another message at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday May 11 requesting a return call and a new sign. Ms. Norder finally returned my call on Thursday May 12 at 8:00 a.m. claiming the office was closed for three days due to heavy business. She informed me they were out of signs which was why we received the generic sign. She informed me she would PERSONALLY change out the sign overnight because they had other signs being returned. On Friday May 13 the sign was not changed and I never received any communication indicating any problems. I again left another message on Friday May 13 at 2:00 p.m. describing my displeasure with her company. I also requesed a refund because the sign I received was not the sign I paid for on May 6. Again my telephone call was not returned. I left another message at 7:00 p.m. on May 13 requesting a telephone call back during the weekend. I also sent her an e-mail with pictures attached of the signs from their website and the sign I actually received. The sign was to be picked up on Sunday May 15 but was not picked up until Tuesday May 17. My phone calls were never returned and my BBB complaint was ignored.

The service was lousy. No one ever called us back from the first Sat morning when the sign wasn't there to the following Sat when they picked up the sign and could have walked into our store to tell us they were there, etc. We will never use this vendor again and we will not recommend them to anyone.

I dealt with Darci there who I believe is the owner. My experience with them was pretty cut & dry. You call them, tell them what you want & they do it. We were pleased with their work & would use them again.
