The work was shoddy. My pickets are warping. The gate is so warped it will not open. Richie Arthur says he's too busy to fix his errors.

Within 1 month the pickets began to curl and warp at the bottom. Within 2 months the gate warped. Now one side does not open without dragging the ground. It is so bad the gate has a large gap when closed. Several attempts were made to get Richie Arthur back out to see the problems. Most of the time there was no response to my texts. When he did respond, I was told he was too busy to stop by. I tried for 3 months to get him to correct his mistakes. Now I have to hire another contractor to rebuild the gate at my own expense. The new contractor stated that this is not the first time he has corrected mistakes that A White-Picket Fence has made.
