Pat returned my phone call for help in a timely manner and showed up at the scheduled appointment time. After crawling around in my crawl space, he removed his shoes before re-entering the house. He was very professional and easy to talk with. His fee was more than fair. I highly recommend him.

Good experience. He was thorough, and because when he came our phone was working again, he didn't charge us immediately. It's now been a month and we haven't had any trouble.

He was prompt and courteous. He gave me an estimate over the phone and did the work for that amount. It was around $150 but I can't find the exact price we paid. He knew a ton about phone systems and fixed it quickly. I would recommend him!

Work went great. Jim and his Grandson arrived when expected. We went over what I wanted. We walked though the areas they would need to get to to get the job done. They immediately went to work and did the job in a professional manner. I would hire them back for any of my cabling needs.

Jim and a second worker showed up at 8:45 am for a 9:00 am appointment which we really appreciated. He was professional and courteous. He definitely knows his stuff! It took about 1.5 hours to fix our lines but they have never worked so he definitely had his work cut out for him! We would definitely hire Jim again!

We had a problem with one of our phone jacks into which our security system was hooked. I saw the profile of the company on Angie's List and decided to give it a try. I sent an email and received a phone call within an hour. I explained the problem and was told that he would check his schedule and respond shortly. Within 20 minutes, I received a call to schedule an appointment the next morning. The technician arrived on time. He was friendly and polite and went straight to the problem and took the time to explain it to me. He completed his work within about 30 minutes. While it was not a major problem, I was still very pleased with the response and service.

He came out and was nice as could be. He told me to but these phones and he would install them. He installed them and they worked but what we needed was to have the phone be able to access the intercom so I could talk with my office staff from the same phone. He was not able to do it. I tried calling him and he has never returned my phone call. He told my office staff that we should just do it, just read the manual.

"It is with deep regret that I did not return Dr. Stiens call to me regarding additional work he was requesting. It has always be my policy as a small businessman to provide immediate and high quality service in the most honorable way possible. This is evidenced by the large number of ‘A’ reports I have received from customers (members) of Angie’s List. Dr. Stein, I am truly sorry for the ‘no response’ to your call for additional service which I would have been able and willing to respond to immediately. I’m still trying to figure out how it was that I did not get your calls. Dr. Stein, please forgive me for this breech in business protocol. ________________________________________ I would like to state what it was that Dr. Stein paid me the $250.00. My task was to un-install his old telephone system which was not working properly. Install 4 – new 4-line telephone set, one of which was wall mounted. Connect dial tone from his working telephone lines into the 4 telephone sets. Then to make sure all phone set were working properly with the addition of the dial tone. All this was completed to his satisfaction."

It went well considering the difficulty of the job of trying to find a path from the basement to the attic. This was needed to drop the lines into the walls in each room.
The only thing I would suggest is that they find a vendor with some more modern outlet boxes, like Leviton or something cleaner looking than the commercial types. Although it might have been necessary for the amount and weight of the cables they had to put in the box.
