After 4 service trips we discontinued her services. Work became substandard and chemicals used burned the chrome on our faucets.

"I asked the member to let me come look at what he was claiming as damage and He would not let me come look at it or go any further as to what actually happened.so if any damage had occured he would not let me follow up to make restitution if this hade actually happened..... I hate to get personal but his wife had just lost her mother and she kept apologizing as to how the house looked..I felt she felt like I was invading the house at that point. Kleening Konnection guarantees all its work and if there happens to be a problem then we will fix it...But in this case the member would not allow me to assess any damage...He just asked for money... I cannot pay for something or submit it through my insurance without someone looking at it...Our work is never substandard...because we will come back and do it for free if the customer is not happy!! If we had to do that on a regular basis we would be out of business!! I am sorry this customer didnt want to resolve things... I really liked the Members but sometimes when tragedy hits us...we take it out on others!!"
