Dave is a nice guy who provided a price I was looking for. Up front he committed to a doing all new counter flashing which he forgot on our front porch area. The work was started and completed in one entire day which was convenient. The clean up of the work was done fairly well with the only exception being nails. The flat roof areas were done really well as I paid a lot of attention to detail on due to the previous roof leaking from poor installation and materials.

They fixed gutter that was pulling away from the house; they did replace the vents and reattached the siding to the chimney; inspected the gutters and made adjustments to the gutter guard and also closed the gaps in the gutter guard by attaching some covers to the gaps.
