A Few Good Men Landscaping

I contacted the provider from a flyer that was left on my mailbox. When I contacted him he said he did other lawns in my neighborhood so I hired him to do my lawn. Over the period he took care of my lawn, it was necessary for me to ask him to blow the excess clippings which was supposed to be part of the service.  I also noticed that he nicked two big chunks of paint off my mailbox post while he was doing the trimming.    He didn't communicate clearly the frequency that my yard would be done. I explained to him my yard is treated so it grows fairly rapidly.  Most recently I had to contact him to find out when he was going to be coming instead of him advising when to expect him. I talked with him on 8-22-2013 because it had been nearly two weeks since my last mowing. Although we haven't had a lot of rain, my grass was still quite high.    When he returned my call he advised me he couldn't come until Sunday. He cited school and working double shifts on another job as the reason. I advised him that was not acceptable and I would need to get someone else. He seemed unconcerned about losing a customer.
