A&D was prompt from our first call.  We had immediate and ongoing service regardless of the fact that the time frame involved the Christmas holidays.  We had 10 to 12 different workmen.  They were all thoughtful, proficient in their duties and pleasant to be around.  When a time was scheduled, the workmen were right on time.

We would definitely recommend A&D Hydra Clean for anyone in need of water damage mitigation.

I have used A & D Hydra Clean in the past. I would not use them again in the future because the work wasn't complete. They never completed the work satisfactorily. The work, still to this day is not complete. I have not called them back. There is no sense in calling them back, they failed in many different levels. I am not happy. Initially I did contact them and their answer was the cost to fix. What they did that didn't work was an additional $5000 which I did not feel was appropriate. This was insurance money and I didn't feel like it was appropriate to charge that to the insurance. The people were pleasant. There was a comprehensive lack of understanding of the scope of the job. They certainly did not fulfill what they needed to do.

They did a great job drying out the carpet.

The project was lengthy because of the scope of the work. Someone was working at my house nearly every day for about 4 months.  A and D handled the tear out, drying of surfaces, mold eradication, and reinstall of cabinets themselves. They used excellent subcontractors for some of the other work: electrical, plumbing, hardwood floors, and granite countertops. 
Communication was excellent!   When scheduling workers my needs were always considered.  All work was explained in detail and in terms I understood.  Workers were very knowledgeable and were always willing and able to answer all my questions. They appeared to understand the horror and frustration a homeowner experiences when watching  their much loved home being torn apart.  Conversation was always positive, calm and reassuring.
All workers were a pleasure to work with.  Their workmanship was excellent.  In addition, they were  efficient, punctual, and respectful of both me and my home. When taking materials in and out of the house much care was take to protect flooring with mats and covers on worker's shoes.  Plastic barriers and exhaust fans were used to prevent dust from contaminating cabinets, appliances, and other rooms of the home. The  work was well planned and executed.
All repair work was done within the financial parameters of the insurance policy.  I personally paid for some additional work (upgrades) outside of the original repair project.  Their prices for the additional work were competitive and fair, in my opinion.
I couldn't be more pleased with this company!  I would definitely use them again and have referred them to others several times.

Our basement flooded after a lightning strike.  There was a lot of flooding the area, but they were at the house with in hours.  They did a great job with clean up and keeping us informed.  The offered us options of salvaging some of the wood work and not just throwing it away. Their team was professional and prompt.  Hopefully we will not need them in the future but if our luck goes bad again we would definitely call them.

Very responsive, very professional. We originally had a plumber come out and recommended that we call these guys.  They were great. Very good communication and excellent workmanship.

The job went great.  A&D got to my house in just a couple hours after my call.  I was so impressed when Eric came out to my house to survey the damage.  He was completely professional and answered all of my questions.  He was honest and trustworthy and gave me 100% confidence in him.  Eric gave me everything I needed to feel comfortable.  His presence was key in keeping me calm in the mess I was dealing with.  
Once he surveyed the damage, he video taped and took pictures of everything and had others come to help move everything to the garage.  He was careful to lay out plastic on the floor of the garage as they carefully separated wet vs. dry things and relocated them.  He removed the baseboards, checked the drywall for wetness and tried cleaning the carpet the best he could.  He then shared with me that there was a lot of water and that he didn't know if it could ever be as clean as it was before. He also showed me how it had flooded once before, because I did not know that the flooding had been an existing issue.
Eric continued to help me through the claims process and once we got the go ahead to remove the carpet, he and his team ripped it up and hauled it off.  Then, they started sanitizing the floors.  The process took several hours with several people.  I felt more than comfortable to have everyone there working.  The professionalism of this company was top notch.  I wouldn't want anyone else to help.  I trusted them completely.
Working with A&D was fantastic.  I was so impressed and happy to have them assist us in this chore.  I am grateful for all they did to clean it up and get us back to normal.  Their pricing was a bit high to me, but for all they did, I'm sure it was fair.  To get the professionalism and the trustworthiness of A&D, it was worth it to pay a little more.

This company is top notch.  They responded to our Saturday morning call within about an hour.  Pulled up carpet, removed damaged pad, pulled off necessary baseboards and set up system of fans to dry out the basement.  Someone came to check on the progress every day until we were completely dried out.  A & D then coordinated all the reconstruction...new carpet pad, cleaning and re-stretching of carpet, replacement of baseboards, painting touch up.  Every person we had contact with during this process was professional, kind, courteous, helpful and respectful.  All work was completed in a timely manner and they handled all the necessary dealings with our insurance company.  Have used A & D previously for carpet cleaning and they do an outstanding job with that as well.

Absolutely amazing!

From a price perspective, they were in line with one other bid ($6,500).  They were very punctual and courteous. 

We think the job was more than they thought it would be.  It took extra days and more people.  But they only charged us the original estimate.

They worked closely with Steve Ambro at AP inspections.  Steve stated the level of work that needed to be performed, and A&D followed through.  

After A&D said they were done, Steve came back to ensure that was the case.

All is done and it is super clean.  I cannot thank them enough.

Although, I hope we don't have any issues again, I would definitely call them.

Overall, this is an excellent firm.
They were available to come out to my home the very day our basement flooded; I called at 8 am and they were in my home by 1030 am.  They immediately diagnosed the problem, provided an itemized estimate and summoned a plumber to aid them in their repair.  They remained in contact daily while my floor was drying and even had an employee come to my home on the weekend to assess the drying process so I wouldn't be charged for more time with the dryers than absolutely necessary.
They were friendly, punctual and honest.  They provided a discount without me even requesting one.  They volunteered to produce extra documentation for a home owner's insurance claim if I needed.
I would use this firm again in the future without hesitation.

We hired A&D Hydra Clean based upon their amazing reviews in Angie's List, and they EXCEEDED our expectations in every way. They were timely throughout from start to finish. Whether it was in returning calls, showing up for work and appointments, or finishing when they estimated they would, they were punctual. They were knowledgeable! I can't rave enough about our project manager (Eric) and plumber (Ron). I felt like their attention to detail and craftsmanship would make my grandfather proud (a perfectionist who doesn't believe a job is worth doing if not done right). The entire team from the account manager, receptionist, painters, plaster workers, etc. did beautiful work. They were all so polite, friendly, helpful and passionate about their craft. 
With our house being so old, there were many things that needed upgraded. Not only is our renovated bathroom everything aesthetically that I'd hoped, I can sleep better at night knowing that our plumbing and electrical is finally up to code!
A&D Hydra Clean is the only company I will ever call to do any type of restoration or renovation on our home.

We had a flood down there a couple years ago and the carpet was ruined, the baseboard was ruined. They had to replace sections of the wall. They had to replace cabinets in the bathroom. It was a major project.
They did fine, it was excellent. I'll use them again, I hope I don't have to, but I'd use them again. If anyone asks I'd recommend them.
They were right on time all the days.
