Appliance Repair
I had to use these guys for a repair covered with a home warranty but given a chance to do it again, I would pay someone else and skip the warranty process. They arrive late, take phone calls and texts throughout the visit. One technician said the last one who came out was unqualified and should not have been dispatched. In two cases they left parts on the floor when they left. It took 5 visits and they are still unable to fix the problem. their troubleshooting consisted of replacing the most expensive parts instead of diagnosing the real problem. Both technicians agreed the dishwasher didn't sound right and that the food left behind on dishes wasn't right but the owner told the warranty company everything was ok and they weren't going to do any more. Surprise, now they won't return calls.
