I should have known when i called and the person just answered the phone "hello" not Aasen's that things had changed. I have used this company in the past with good results, but not this time. I was told they would come the following day at 10 am and call first. By 11 am that day---no call, no info. I called around 11:15 and we had to leave a voice message asking what was going on. About 20 minutes later the technician called that he would be there in about 20-30 minutes. He was and he was good---but wow---the scheduling, the follow thru--very poor. When I gave him a credit card to pay, he had to call the office and of course nobody was in.....very strange way to run a business.

He came on pretty short notice. I was going on vacation the next day (they came out the same day I called, within an hour). I was real happy with them. I thought the prices were reasonable. He tried fixing the locks before he replaced them, and I decided just to have them replaced.
