The vacuum looks brand new and works very well. I took it in on a Thursday and was able to pick it up on Saturday. I wasn't going to be able to pick it up until Monday and it was ready on Monday.

My Kenmore vacuum cleaner quit working and smelled hot when I turned it on. A-1 guy diagnosed it, fixed it, and the vacuum cleaner was ready as promised 2 days later. Affable guy, very friendly and knowledgeable. It would be easy to overlook his shop on the eastside, but I highly recommend it. Vacuum cleaner runs like a charm; I plan to take my malfuctioning upright Electrolux to him, also.

The gentleman we talked to was very nice and knew what he was talking about. He looked at my Kirby vacuum and gave me an estimate that I thought was more than fair and when I picked it up. The price was about seven dollars cheaper because they were able to fix it without replacing all the parts he thought would be needed. I was very happy and will do business there again.
