Tony is extremely customer service oriented. My wife and I wondered into his store just to look at the vacuum cleaners with the thought we'd probably purchase it somewhere else, but Tony just completely sold us on his customer service and sweetened the deal by really offering an unbeatable price. We were extremely satisfied.
