Mr. Rollins    was able to do the job within a week of my contacting him .  Several years ago, I had vertical blinds installed and the head rail never worked. properly.  The blinds would not open or close in the way that they should. I contacted the company that initially put up the blinds countless times about the problem..  They even installed a new head rail (at my expense) that still did not solve the problem. During my last attempt to con tact   the company they had gone out of business.  Nevertheless, Mr Rollins ordered and installed a new head rail which works flawlessly..He knew what he was doing.   Mildred Strong

I've used this company with great success for a number of years.  The owner always has been able to accommodate my schedule on short notice and does an excellent job of cleaning the blinds.  So much easier than trying to wash and dry them myself.  I have Nick's Window Cleaning Service come and clean my windows during the short period of time that the blinds are out of the house.

I purchased my blinds from A-1 Shade Company 22 years ago and have had A-1 clean them every few years since that time.  If any repairs to the tapes need to be made, those are completed, also.  The owner picks them up at a time that meets my needs and returns them in 1-2 days looking like new again! I am totally happy with their products, their services, and their prices.  

I've used this company for a number of years and always have been completely satisfied with the quality of the work and the price. I've also had them replace the shades in the past.

Tom always does an excellent job and is good about accommodating my schedule. I've purchased mini blinds from him in the past.

Tom Rollings was the only person I dealt with and the whole process was very smooth. He showed up to measure and provide estimates right on time and the window coverings were ready for installation within the time period he promised. Installation was also done promptly and when promised. Price was quite competitive. I would not hesitate to call Tom again.

I WAS HAPPY ANGIE'S LIST HELPED ME FIND COMPANIES THAT DID BLIND REPAIRS. MOST ONLY REPAIR MODERN BLINDS AND RECOMMENDED I REPLACE THEM. TWO OTHER COMPANIES HAD HIGHER PRICES AND WERE LESS CONFIDENT OVER THE PHONE. A-1 SHADE DID THE REPAIR SO THE BLINDS STILL LOOK AUTHENTIC AND FIT THE ERA OF THE HOUSE. HIS PRICE AND TURN-AROUND (2 DAYS) IS UNBEATABLE!

HE RECOMMENDED BRINGING IN THE BLINDS TO AVOID HIS SERVICE CALL FEE. I APPRECIATED HIS CONCERN FOR SAVING US MONEY. WE TOOK IT IN AND HE CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND SAID IT WAS READY. WE TOOK IT HOME, REINSTALLED IT AND TO OUR SATISFACTION IT WAS FIXED. I GIVE HIM NOTHING BUT THE HIGHEST MARKS.

CAME OUT WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD AND RETURNED WHEN HE TOLD US HE WOULD. VERY PLEASANT MAN TO WORK WITH. THIS WORK WAS DONE IN GREENCASTLE AREA.
