LaRon did all we asked and worked extra on a lock that had not worked correctly since it was put in, for no additional fee. He was professional, pleasant, and did a great job.

Called A-1 KPA up about 4:00pm July 16th, 2008 from the City County Bldg. I had just purchased a condo at sheriff sale. LaRon meet me at the condo at approx. 4:45 pm. LaRon picked the door knob without much trouble. The deadbolt was more difficult and after a while of trying to pick it he gave me the option to keep trying to pick it (the cheaper route) or drill it out and replace the entire lock. I had him try some more, made some progress got it to turn about half way. I ultimately decided to just drill it out, which he did quite quickly. He gave me the option of replacing all or some of the hardware. I chose all, so everything would match. He forgot to change the locks on the door to the garage entrance. Possibly my fault since I chatted with him a bit. Overall great experience, LaRon is a good guy. He even gave me his personal cell number if I needed an emergency jobs.

They were here within the hour. He only charged me $10 to re-program the garage door, service call was $55, changing 8 cylinder was $96 and making 10 keys was $12. He did not charge anything to look at the bedroom doors.

I CALLED MR. AVERY (HE HAS A CELL PHONE), AND I REACHED HIM IMMEDIATELY. APPROXIMATELY ONE HOUR LATER, THIS GENTLEMAN WAS AT MY HOME AND 15 MINUTES LATER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. HE WAS A VERY PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL GENTLEMAN, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE NEEDING ANY TYPE OF LOCK SERVICE.
