Garage Door Service
Not being able to raise my garage door and not having access to my car on a weekend, it was great to have someone respond so quickly. I called at 10:00 because I though the door was very hard to get up and down (this is a manual door). The lady I spoke to said someone would be out between 11:00 and 1:00. The same man came to service the door (showed up at 11:30) and adjusted the door. It took him five minutes and it was 100% better. I had mentioned the heaviness of the door when they were out the first time but they didn't offer to adjust it then. It didn't cost me anything to have them come back out and fix the door but I was disappointed that the problem wasn't address during the first visit.
