THEIR SUB-CONTRACTORS WERE TRULY SUB-PAR. THEY WOULD FIX PROBLEMS, BUT ONLY AFTER CHARGING US ON AN HOURLY BASIS. THEY NEVER EXPLAINED WHY THIS WOULD NOT BE COVERED BY A WARRANTY.

ALL ASPECTS OF WORK EXPLAINED IN DETAIL BEFORE STARTING. STARTED JOB EARLY, FINISHED EARLY. WORK SITE CLEANED AT THE END OF EACH DAY. ACTUAL COST WAS BELOW ESTIMATE.
