The owner, Olga, is very argumentative. She stated that she would come to clean my home that involved laundry, organizing and deep cleaning. The night before at 10:30 p.m. in the late night, she stated that she would not be coming in the following morning. She left me high and dry and did not talk to me about it. Olga just sent me an email stating that she will not be performing services for my home.
At the very the least Olga, should have cleaned my home as planned and agreed upon.
How rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and not a person of her word. I would not recommend 911 for the any services due to the lack of trust!
