About us
We are a locally owned and operated full service garage door and entry door company. We sell service and install all types of commercial and residential garage doors and openers. We also provide commercial steel entry doors along with all types of gate openers and dock equipment. All of our technicians have over 15 years in the garage door industry and DO NOT work on a commission basis. The price you are quoted will be the same for every customer. We stand apart because of our low service rates with no hidden fees. Residential service is 99.00 flat rate plus parts and commercial is only 99.00 per hour plus parts with no trip charges or hidden fees. We offer same day service at no extra charge. All work is done using no sub contractors.

Went excellent. Called in morning since I had the day off work. They fit me in the schedule within 2 hours of me calling. They fixed a faulty sensor and rewired and were done within an hour. Great company and service and good pricing as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Nathan called before he arrived and arrived when he said he would. Looked at the situtation and said he could fix the problem. Took him less than 1 hour and everything works perfect. Everything was better than I expected it would be. If I ever need this type of work done again, this is who I would call.

They didn't get the initial email when I claimed the tune-up Deal through Angie's List, but when I called them they scheduled me for the very next day. It took the tech less than 10 minutes to figure out what was causing the problem (exposed wire) and get it fixed, and then he proceeded with the tune-up. Thanks for a great experience!

Nathan quickly diagnosed the problem, reconnected the spring, and realigned the rail. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and he passed on some garage door learning points. I would definitely hire this company for any future garage door problems.

I claimed an offer from Angie's List for a tune-up. They called me the following day to schedule the appointment and were flexible on the dates and times available. The Technician arrived within my time slot and went right to work. He definitely knew what he was doing. My main issues was that my garage door was not shutting all the way down and leaving a gap at the floor that was letting cold air in. My pipes had frozen in the wall of the garage earlier this winter and I think this was the culprit. He lowered the door and tested it to make sure it was as flush as he could get it and tuned up the rest of the system. My garage temperature increased by 30* within 2 days of him coming out and now is staying at 52* consistently. So no more frozen pipes! I will definitely use this company in the future if I need a repair or replacement. Thanks!

Very well we were given a window of time for arrival, owner showed up very puntual and performed the job, even my neighbor hire him on the spot to do his garage door. Very pleased and satisfied!! I hope he continues to get more business from Angie’s list.

Nathan arrived punctually. He performed inspection of the garage door and opener (which I had installed myself). Performed adjustment on the chain, balanced and lubricated the garage door. Very professional. Recommended.

I called 3 companies at 12:25 PM when I found out my garage door would not open. Overhead doors of Indianapolis, Precision Garage door and 1st choice garage door. Precision could not get me in until between 7 and 9 pm that night,Overhead couldn't give me any ballpark over the phone of how much it would cost to get a spring replaced so ruled them out. 1st choice got me in at 3:00 that same day. Granted this probably can't happen all of the time and it's dependent on volume but I was very happy and the garage door is fixed. They were professional and did a great job. Forgot to give them my Angie's list member coupon that would have saved me $25.00 so that was my fault.

It was all right. I happened to be sick the day they showed up and it wasn’t the day that we were scheduled so I went ahead and had him do his work. I hope he did what he was supposed to because he never really communicated with me. He just sort of left the bill on the door. The work was probably fine but I don’t know if he did what he was supposed to do or not and I had requested that someone contact me about the rubber strip at the base of my garage door because I thought it needed to be replaced and I never got any response. I’d pass on them. The price was fine. They scheduled it pretty quickly but I scheduled it for one day and they showed up a day that I just happen to be home because I was sick so I wasn’t impressed with that.
