"We are confused by this review. We provided our services in a professional manner. Our file indicates that scheduling was disrupted several times by the homeowner and at his request. We did reschedule, in advance, an appointment as a result of emergency services that regrettably required our attention. The client offered opinions from several independent resources not known to us regarding the condition of the crawlspace that prompted several re-inspections by us that yielded nothing not known previously or something not pertinent to our mitigation work scope."
