Two stars for restoring my water. The three missing involve integrity and respect. A panicked homeowner was amusing and doing the bare minimum for someone who did not know any better was 'sport'. Misleading statements (as close to a lie as you can come) re: money wraps up this tidy little bundle of a company I wish I had never met.

"When you called us with your intitial issue, we responded in a timely manner (within 1 day). The larger issue happened when the local utility company turned your water back on. The structural integrity of the 100 year old piping was not good. We brought the current installation up to the utility standards by moving the meter pit outside and ran a new line into the home for years of future trouble-free service. We also provided you additional services that you were not charged for (emergency valve). We also thought that the payment arrangements would have been appreciated by you. Sadly, I do not understand where the miscommunication is. We have tried to contact you and would love to discuss this issue further. "I'm sorry that your experience was disappointing. Our plumber offered you a service and you declined to pay for the service. You mentioned that you had 2 other companies already out to your home and you expected to get our service for free. We are not able to work for free."

They're very helpful. They responded timely. They showed urgency about the situation. They contacted the city to get a permission and make sure they doing it properly. Also, they provided us helpful information about things that needs to be done. Mindful of time and property, Included me in the discussion to make sure everything is done correctly.

Kyle was professional, courteous, friendly and hot right to work. He also helped me bring my gas stove in from garage! He has went above and way beyond! He's also coming back out to help me with the hose to connect the stove and not charging. Something the gas company would NOT assist me with! I will be keeping his card f or ANY future services. Tammy whom answers the phone is just as AWESOME!!!

The office representative was very polite and understood the urgency of our issue. She handled our request swiftly and the plumber arrived within the quoted time frame. He was professional and courteous! I will definitely keep their number handy for any future needs!
