The price was great and matched my budget however, the quality of the work was not satisfactory. Robert corrected the initial errors of installation and he did apologize on behalf of his crew and requested that any improperly hung siding be taken down and reinstalled correctly. Service was fair but I noticed after the initial year after installation that the siding by the chimney slowly begun coming apart and when I contacted Robert the owner the number was no longer in service. I also noticed that the business was resolved effective 10/16/2013 and not sure if he is still in business.

Bob & the guys did a terrific job on my home project. They painted the exterior of my house, they replaced the bad cedar siding, they removed my small bushes & trees, they repaired my chimney, & they stained my backyard deck. During the process the men were friendly, helpful with ideas, & worked hard. When they finished, they hauled away all of the debris & foliage & left the yard looking good.

We talked to Bob about some hail damage on our roof.  He came out and gave us an estimate of $12,500 to tear off 2 layers of shingles and replace with the new dimensional shingles with a 30 year warranty.  There was also an issue with our flashing and chimney area.  We were scheduled for Friday at 8 am.  There were there Friday at 8 am!  They brought a very large dumpster to collect all the old shingles and debris.  They didn't finish that day but they did clean up everything before they left for the night.  They were back at it Saturday morning and finished in the afternoon.  They did a great job making sure all the old nails were picked up and everything back to the way it was.   Very professional and had the best price too.  He worked directly with our insurance company which made it very easy.

Rick worked with us during this process.  He was very attentive and made certain we were completely satisfied when the project was completed.  We had worked with a particular installer in the past so Rick made sure he was available this time as well.  . After the installation, we did have a few issues with the window sill repair/painting but Rick followed through with the painters until everything was corrected. 

#1 Home Improvements did our estimate for our roof and siding.  They did such a good job we let them do some windows, front door, and painted the inside and outside of our house.  It literally looks brand new.    They are painting my moms house now.  I would recommend to friends and family.   From beginning to end it went as planned.   They did have to make some adjustments for us since we kept adding projects for them to do.  I appreciate the hard work.

Great Job with the overall service.  I would definitely refer to my friends and family.
