Great! The project turned out to be more than either one of us expected. The support beam was so rotten that the structural beam was at risk. We discussed the issue and it was clear I would have to bring in a General Contractor for this work. He replaced the other rotten pole and shored up the rotten header with two support poles. This work was above and beyond what I am hired him to do. He did this extra work and did not expect anything in return. What a stand up guy and would call on him again if needed. Sherry Thomas

Brad did an amazing job with our old chandelier. It totally transformed my husband's study. He also hung multiple large paintings and pictures throughout our new home. We were so pleased we have already hired him for another project.

Everything was completed on time and was done right the first time. He is very responsive and always prompt with the appointments he makes. He has replaced toilets, faucets, under the counter sinks, painted, changed light switches and outlets. He truly is an awesome handyman.
