When the provider had not arrived by 11:30 a.m., I left a message on his voicemail, asking him to return my call
as I had not heard from him yet and had plans for later in the day. Provider did not show up and did not return phone
call or a subsequent call made later in the afternoon.
In the end, the service was FREE, not because I complained but because they LEFT without asking for their check that I had waiting for them on my counter, ready to give them (given the yard was to my liking and given that they would even come up to my door)
We called and called all day Saturday and even Sunday. We called Monday and Tuesday..NOTHING!! We even left a message, we have never heard anything back from them.
