After a few months the stone work started to shift. We called the company and the first couple of times they came out and fixed it but let us know they were not happy about doing it. Every spring we had more shifting and now a lowering of one whole end of the patio area. The first time I called he said he would do what ever needed to fix it but never came out or contacted us. After the 4th phone call he said "what do you want me to do about it?" I said I wasn't looking for a freebie I just wanted it fixed right and he never came out or attempted to contact me and I never tried to contact him again after that response.
