It was the most wonderful and easy process. I have heard nightmare stories from friends and coworkers on how long it takes to close on a house. We met with Caryn once in her office and she was ready to close for us in days, not weeks. We had very little to do but show up and sign papers she even did the legwork of calling my husband's employer to get more detailed wage information when she needed it.
