Sunroom and Patio Service
We paid 93% of the cost upfront because Mr. Dalman claimed he needed the funds to order materials and pay subcontractors. Dalman used our money on the work that was completed (worth approx $8500 -- 1/2 of what we paid). From Sept 2 - Oct 13, Dalman communicated by email but nothing he emailed was fulfilled. Once Dalman was released from his agreement we no longer heard from him. Our project still needed a concrete patio poured, screens and cedar overlays installed, electrical work finished and landscaping completed.
