AL'S HOME HELPER SVC

It's ironic that the word "service" is included in the company name, as this man knows nothing about service or how to treat a customer. He insisted he had been at my home only once, and that he had never worked on this particular garage door. He was rude, argumentative and there was no way I was going to pay him to come to my home and then treat me with such disrespect. He insisted he had a computer and that he knew every job he had done in the past 10 years. Regardless of how many times he had been at my house (and it was twice), a mere "hello" when I opened the door didn't seem like too much to ask. He immediately started with wanting to argue -- so I told him if that was the case, he should just leave. At which point he started to pack up his tools -- and continued to argue with me. This man must think we are at his mercy and that he is the ONLY garage door repair man in the area. He is wrong, and I intend to tell anyone who is willing to listen that there is an alterntative to using Al for garage door repairs. Mark Sermersheim is the man for the job. Polite, talented, efficent and the price was less than what Al charges.
