New Image reps and co-owners, Gary Lovens and his son Josh Lovens were courteous and professional  prompt to respond to my inquiry, made an appointment to give me an estimate, were prompt and courteous and did the work as scheduled.  I was extremely pleased with the outcome and the work itself.  They were willing to give me a bid on only the portion of the roof I wanted cleaned, and did not try to pressure me into having the entire roof cleaned.  Gary did point out where there were some marks on the upper roof, but did not apply any pressure when I stated I only wanted the lower portion done.
