We are a husband and wife team. We have been in business since 2004. We offer flexible scheduling and we encourage you be present at your home inspection. You take your 20 page computerized home inspection binder with you at the end of the inspection. We accept cash, check and all credit/debit cards.

Tina and Jamie were amazing to work with.  They were on time, explained how the process worked, answered any and all questions that we had, brought drinks for everyone, and were completely professional.  The full report that they provided was professionally done and easy to understand.  After we moved in we had a couple questions about an issue with the electrical outlets.  I contacted Tina to inquire about the issue and even though it didn't relate to the inspection they had previously done, they were both willing to offer suggestions and their services and followed up with us to make sure everything was ok.  I was incredibly impressed with their work and will use them again in the future.
