We purchased our house, which backs up against a woods, in the spring of 2005. The gutters were uncovered and collected quite a few leaves that fall. We researched several different types of gutter covering products and decided that although Gutter Hemet was the most expensive, we thought it offered the most value and effectiveness. We learned that Frisco Enterprises is the rep for this region. As I remember, the installation was trouble free and the installed Hemet has worked very well. In the years since, I have called them for service only a few times, mostly to help fix problems the causes of which were not due to the helmet: once to assess damage done by another company while repairing our chimney and twice to resolve chronic dripping problems in two areas of the guttering caused by improper gutter installation techniques used when the house was built in 2004. In each case they diagnosed and corrected the problem. In every case I have found there charges, if any, to be fair and I have found their response time to meet our needs on all occasions except one, where I am not sure I properly communicated the timing requirement. Overall we have been very satisfied with the Gutter Hemet product and the service we have received from Frisco Enterprises.

I have been using him for 13 years and he as done inside and outside remodeling. He does excellent work , he has a really good eye for color and things like that.

I had this company install Gutter Helmet on a different part of my house nine years ago. On both occasions everythingwent well. On this second installation there was a small problem with birds getting into the gutter because of an unusualcondition about the construction of my roof in a corner where two gables met. Soon after my call the installer returned withwhat appears to be a good solution to the problem for no additional charge.
I have been very well pleased with the performance of the original Gutter Helmet and I am anticipating that the new area willwork just as well.
An explanation about my and quot; B and quot; grade for price: it is difficult for me to give a grade on price because genuine Gutter Helmet is very expensive, and I have not had experience buying from any other dealer. It is entirely possible that Frisco Enterprises gave me as good a price as could be found anywhere for the the real thing.

They came out and analyzed it, gave me a good price, told me what I needed to do, and then did the job.

Everything went well. The owner was very helpful and explained everything. They did a good job, and we haven't had any problems with our gutter helmets since then. I would recommend them to others in the same situation.

They were the original provider of my Gutter Helmet system and due to the hail damage last year I had to have it all replaced. They were done in one day, showed up on time and left on time. Dave was professional and easy to work with. They also worked well with my general contractor doing the other hail damage repairs. This is the second time I've used them.

They were highly recommended, we had friends that had used them. We checked a bunch of companies and they had the best quality. They did a beautiful job, it was very professional and well done. My husband doesn't have to go up on the ladder anymore to clean the gutters out! I would hire them again. They warranted this work and will answer any questions you have.

I would give them a good grade because they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it; that's unusual. They were very prompt. The price was comparable to others. I wouldn't say it was the cheapest but for what we thought we were getting, we think we paid a good price.

They were very nice to deal with and we thing they did a great job. They were quick and professional.

I am torn because the communication was good, I mean they were very helpful. Although, on the other hand, they put the wrong gutter head on, it was the wrong color. They apologized and made it right. Also, they went to great lengths to help me choose a color; as a matter of fact the owner came out to help and determine what I liked. They were very good from that aspect. The only thing was they just screwed up on the color. But it looks wonderful.

This went extremely well, having had a very bad experience already with a competitor. The other experience was so bad, we were very leery of another company. Without mentioning names, I told Gutter Helmet about our bad experience, and how important it was for this to go well. The great news is - our experience was amazing! The salesman came out and walked through several options, and explained the pros and cons. He was very professional, not pushy, and listened to our needs. Once we placed the order, and he turned it over the scheduling, with no handoff issues even for a couple places where we needed some special attention. The install was completed on schedule with no issues; just in time to NOT have to clean our gutters. They came back 3 months later, to add the second phase - gutter helmets on our new garage. Very nice work - attention to detail, quality work, professionalism and flexibility- all things the other company (no names!) needs to learn!
