No contact. Called but no answering machine. Did so several times. Must be out of business. Should be removed.

We got a reference on Brian from a friend who said he did a good job and actually charged what he estimated. We'd had some bad experieces with cost overruns so that's why we were so interested. But it wasn't just that he was cheaper than anyone else--he did a better job than any contractor we've had work on that property in the whole time we owned it. He actually finished and it actually looks the way he said it would.
Description of Work: We had a water pipe break in the ceiling of the kitchen--the home is for sale and we weren't there at the time, so it was pretty bad when we found out. I thought we were looking at thousands and thousands of dollars. He did the work well--it looks better than it had before the break; cleaned up; completed it when he said he would. Repaired the ceiling, replaced the broken pipe, did that swirly thing that ceilings have, matched paint for the walls, did dry wall, replaced and repaired moldings. Great job!

The whole construction went very well. We were and are please with the results and enjoy the porch not only in the summer but we grill out on the porch most of the winter too. Brian has always been knowlegable, professional, and work-oriented. He seems to be able to picture the end product in his mind and can execute the additions I asked for.
Description of Work: Before Angies List was even started Brian built us a 10X24' screened-in porch. My home was built about 1890 and Brian attached the porch and even fitted it over a tall window. I can't say enough about Brian's work ethic...he is a true professional who takes pride in each detail of his work. The porch is still the center of our summer living and has certainly held up well with time and weather.

We purchase a 1890 home with a 1930 dairy barn. We have 4 horses and needed the barn converted. Brian was able to do the work with great detail. He completed everything from the demo to building 5 stales, plus 2 new barn doors. He was able to use most of the orginal wood to complete the project.
Description of Work: Brain, turned our dairy barn in to a horse barn, He did an excellent job. It was not a easy task, but he was able to do it in a timely many and with in budjet.

We are still in the middle of finishing an enormous remodeling project on the house and I would definitely put in a big kudos for our contractor. He has been great. We have been doing it for about six months and it is about done. He is very responsive and always answers your phone calls. He is the type of contractor who thinks through the problem and finds a way to make it work. He is a very resourceful kind of guy and he has a passion for doing it. He really likes doing a good job and he feels strongly about doing a very good job. He has great work ethic and he is very professional. We have already planned to call him again.
Description of Work: We are using Brian Greenlee as the contractor on a remodeling project. He is basically doing an addition and remodeling of a 100-year old front house.

He did a good job. He was on time with what he did and very thorough. He did excellent work. He went out of his way to convert old horse stalls into cow stalls and horse stalls. He recycled a lot of wood that was there. He was really helpful and gave me a lot of good advice on what to do and how to do it. His quality was great and he responded real well to us.
Description of Work: Brian Greenlee helped renovate our barn.
