We require a 50% deposit at time of ordering and the other 50% when the job is complete! We can do any type of customizing as well!

I was so excited to receive my product and was pleased with the aesthetic. The installation, however, was a debacle. I spend 3 Saturdays with an amateur installer before it was acceptable. It became very evident that this was his first installation of the kind. The track was installed incorrectly creating a gap when the door was shut and leaving it look unaligned when closed. The base track was set within the door frame which was a hazard. The corrections left damage to my new floors :(. The recessed handle was installed backwards. The stop guard was installed incorrectly and the door came with scratches. The walls were left with pencil marks. The door would not glide with ease. Not to mention, I was called upon to offer suggestions when the door was swaying. I was dumbfounded. It was an exhausting experience. I did not authorize the designer to charge my credit card the balance and suggested a discount based on the trouble and damage. She ignored my request, and therefore I am disputing through my credit card. I do not recommend this company.
