Ginter Realty, Inc. has been family owned and operated for 48 years. We specialize in Residential, Commercial, and New Construction. We also own Ginter Homes, LLC (new construction sales). Ginter Realty was established in 1963 by George and Joyce Ginter. They retired in 1990 and sold the business to their daughter, Polly Koesters and now owned by the Ginter's other daughter Carrie Adelman Ledyard she continues her family's business with the same values & integrity. Our Mission: To continue in George & Joyce Ginter's tradition of honesty and fairness. Giving our best service to every client, through continued education, team effort and hard work to remain the top real estate firm in Hobart and throughout Northwest Indiana.
