 + -1 moreIn the end, the work was done adequately, I believe. Everything seems to work fine now and I hope there are no future problems with it. However, due to the poor responsiveness, punctuality, and level of professionalism, I will not use them again nor recommend them to others. There are other companies that can provide the customer with all those criteria at the same cost and I will choose one of those instead.
Description of Work: They were able to do the work, but the level of professionalism was poor. They apparently have no one in the office when they're out in the field. Any phoned in messages or faxes might not be retrieved until they return at the end of the day, which can be very inconvenient in an emergency. When I did have appointments with them, they were late on several occasions, didn't call to let me know of the delay, and when they finally did show up, didn't have the necessary parts.
