They did a great job.

They talked a good story when we chose our flooring. As our living room and family room are the most frequently used rooms in the house, it was a lot of work to move everything out. I had used them about 5 years prior for painting and the painting was o.k. but they had ruined a coffee table while moving my furniture so I didn't want them moving anything. I stayed up all night on a Wednesday as they were supposed to be here first thing on Thursday morning. I waited and about 10 am we called and the only thing that was scheduled for that day was to powerwash the front porch. I was furious. Also, I assumed they would get my paint colors from me the morning they would be painting as they buy their paint at a store which is about 5 minutes from here. We gave them the paint info over the phone that Wednesday, and then they called the next day because the guy lost the paper with the colors on it. Then, no one came on Friday, and then they said I needed to make a choice if I wanted them to start painting inside on Saturday or if I wanted them to work on the front porch, because they didn't a lot of painters available. I chose the porch because the weather was already getting cold, but then the porch did not get finished that weekend because it needed a second coat. When the people finally came the following Tuesday to start the inside painting, the guy in charge of the workers asked us what they were supposed to be doing there that day. WHAT? I am explaining to the workers what I hired Endecca to do? Most of the workers did not speak English, and the person who was the foreman of them barely spoke English. There should be someone from Endecca who knew what the job entailed at least there from the very start telling the painters exactly what they needed to do - including patching and spackling. Then the painters went to go buy the paint and needed to verify with us the paint colors after we gave them to them 2 times already. They did not patch dents in the walls and I looked up online what quality of paint they were using and it was the lowest quality paint from Sherwin Williams. Then because it didn't cover in one coat, I was charged additional money because they had to apply second coats. If they had used good quality paint this would not have needed second coats because the paint colors were not that different from the originals. The paint around the family room windows started peeling after they were done and I ended up spackling and repainting myself what they messed up. The scheduler for the flooring was ridiculous. They had one good flooring guy for the Adura and so a project that could have been accomplished in three days took over 2 weeks and I am still spackling and repainting. The young man who installed the Adura, Tom, was very good at his install, but as he was nearing the end of my family room, we found out that Endecca, the ones who measured for ordering the flooring, had not ordered enough tile to finish that room so he had to come back again. The man who installed the carpet in my office did a great job, but then again, that wasn't Endecca - those were independent contractors hired by Endecca. I am so seriously disappointed with the painting and the fact that the paint is so cheap it is peeling off around my windows, and that they didn't prep the walls correctly and spackle everywhere that was needed. I would never use them again. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, either for painting because the painting was worse than what it would have been if I had tried to do it myself, and not for flooring because they apparently don't know how to schedule to not inconvenience the customer over too long of a time frame and were not very knowledgeable about their products. I seriously think if I have a problem with the flooring that they will be difficult with them honoring any warranty becasue with every issue which was clearly their fault they were argumentative instead of apologetic. Every day I am spackling and sanding and repainting with their cheap paint. We spent so much money and are so disappointed. I should already have these rooms put back together, but I can't until all the spackling spots are fixed. Every day a new area around the windows starts peeling off.

They did a nice job. The only problem was that they painted some doors and the gentleman who gave the estimate said they would put two coats on each door but the painters tried to just put one coat on. They did put the second coat on, but I had to let them know that was in the contract. I don't recall there were any other problems, they were punctual, painted some ceilings and did a good job and cleaned up.

They did an excellent job. The crew was on time every day, they were courteous, and cleaned up all messes made. The new paint looks great. I also had them paint the exterior of my house last summer and found them to do a fantastic job then as well. It's like having a new house! We also received a 15% discount for completing the work during the winter months.

The crew arrived on time and started work right a way. The drywall repair did not look like a professional job. The crew had to primer one wall and paint it a dark wine color this went very well. Two other accent walls were painted lite green and those went very well also. The remainder of the walls were off white, the crew was rushing to try to get the job done in one day eventhough I was told that it would take at least two or three days. The painters were sloppy, I found paint on the wood trim in several locations, and there were paint spots on my TV and rug in an adjacent room from where the work was being done. There were areas on the off white walls that were not painted and they had to be pointed out on the second day when one painter returned to apply the second coat to the wine wall. I was told that I would get one coat of paint on the ceiling and that some water spots would be primered to prevent them from bleeding through the new paint.

On time and completed within the estimated time. Complete cleanup.

THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND WERE VERY NEAT. THEY TOLD US WHAT DAY THEY WERE GOING TO BE HERE AND THEY WERE HERE THAT DAY. THEY FINISHED ON TIME AND MADE SURE NOT TO SPLATTER PAINT.
